I own something similar from grass city. Didn't fit together right, metal, so I had to beat the shit out of it for a while to make all the peices fit.
I considered it a throwaway. You know, the type of you thing you carry to the nearest 7-11, buy a bottle of soda or something, and then use it like a bubbler. Any problems, toss it. Forget about it.

Well, you could take a cap, put 2 holes in it. 1 hole for a bowl and a stem leading down into the bottle, then another hole for something to come out where you inhale from. Thats just one way I can think of.

The way I make them is by taking a BIC pen shell and burn a hole in the side of the bottle and push the shell through when it's hot, then burn another hole for a carb. Now you just gotta find something that can make a bowl of if you have screens just push them down into the shell and viola. :)

The bic pen idea works pretty well, usually I just make a bowl for it out of tin foil, although that leaks alot. Seal it with gum, and keep the hole above the wate level.

As for the paff mami thing, it looks decent, but $45!? What the fuck!?
Get an inch of 0.5" PVC pipe, a 0.5" PVC elbow, and another few inches of 0.5" PVC. Put the both pipes into the elbow, and drill a small hole from the top of the elbow to the end of the short piece. Stick a thin pipe with a bowl on top in there, and you've got a Paff Mami clone.
