i feel ya...i was cut, going to the gym everyday running at leats 2 miles...eating right...last 6 months my diets consisted of gatorade and doritos with the ocassional honey bun :p i was still going to the gym every day and working out so it didnt hurt me to much, but i stopped goin to the gym about 2 or 3 weks ago and my shit is fallin apart...:D

I was in 8th grade 15 years old... I played football... i was 173 lbs and could run a 4.4 40 yard dash and could power lift 1000lbs total.....


Now im 36 years old and the last time i was at the gym i still put up a 385 lbs bench..... i have a little tummy, and my wife loves it.

You need to hit the weight pile...........IMO

I weighed 173 lbs in 8th grade (not to mention a kid that weighed 212 lbs, and i remember i having to run up hill with him on my back during football drills) not to mention 9th grade.. How do you not figure it possible. You would have just been one of the kids that stayed out of my way, thats cool...........

400 lbs squat....allways my best.. i have tree trunk legs... calfs bigger then your quad...
350lbs dead
250 lbs beanch.... seams easy....when i left high school lifting on and off it was around 1200

One of my best friends weighs 140 pounds and he can power lift 1200 and he runs a 4.2, hes done this when he was a sophmore.

Well sadly i was blessed with a super super and i mean..SUPER fast metabolism.. i eat and eat and eat and eat and i never gain any weight.. But on the good part.. i can smoke 30$ worth and pass a drug test the next day.. and the day after that..

and i have.. a few times.. god i love being me.. But im really active.. and i eat alot.. more than my skinny mom and her obese boyfriend.. combined..
