Stem growth!?!

Has anybody anytips on encouraging stem growth?

Last nite i wos out on the rip an wen a woke up this mornin my plants were kinda limp toward the bottom of the stem where the sol is. I think ts cuz i didnt get to water the much yesterday. and i have them pretty close to the light. not to close though. im slowli moving them further away.

Hey BB. . . .

If there to weak to support themselves,, brace them with

bamboo shoots or nitting needles or anything for that matter. . . . ;)

It dont really matter what ya use,, once there gettin some sort of

support untill there strong enough to support themselves. . . .

But they should'nt be weak at the bottom at an early stage,, that

usually happens when they get taller and there's too much weight

on the top end. . . . :confused:

But bracin them should be good enough till they get tougher. . . . :stoned:

Greetings TBB,,

If you want lateral branching thats strong.top the lady.Meaning,cut away the main stem just at the top.This will encourage your side branches to grow strong and they can hold sometimes as more as the main middle cola.

It should be done just before your about to flower her.Takes up a little more room but if your conditions are good yuo will be rewarded with more bud than you think.I've done it 4 times with great results.I compared one topped to one normal and there was about a 5 gram diff..

Its a bitn weird butchering one of your babies but they can thrive a lot better sometimes and its great for strenthing the side branches so I'd give it a try.

i think ill top it just to see. yea its gotten pretty week beside the leaves now. but my other four are perfect. so ill top her an see what happens.

What shold my babies look like after one 2 two weeks from seed.

Two weeks from seed em,depends really again on conditions some are bigger than others mine are usually 3 to 4 inchs with a good structure forming.Some peoples are diff as I said they might be hydro or aeroponics .I use soil only and try to go totally organic as I think the herb tastes better.

Any chance of posting a pic of your babies.

Oh yeh, if your plants are only two weeks and a bit limp don't worry their still only young bredrin get a small fan on them that will strenghten them a lot to you'l see a big improve ment in a matter of days.

If those fans ant blowing keep the light 2 three 3 feet until you r happy. Tech put it best support your babys, and dont stress,,

Couple of weeks old em 6 7 inchs first set of five finger leaves ? like a proper "Cannabis" leaf ??....

yes ill post pics soon ..real soon.. but not yet.. atm they dont have any five fingerd leaves just the stem then the first leaves then another two fan leaves and another two and you can see more growing.. i think on one of them there are branches forming....Kk the babie that i have toped no has a strong stem..Cheers ;).just no leaves or nout else yet.. does it take long for branches to shoot out. or does leaves come out first.... ps yea i just got a fan today.. hopefully it does the trick.. dank u for all you help dudes and dudettes.

Starts off a little slow,like its takin forever lol! but after a while you'l notice how rapid the growth gets.

After two or three weeks they can grow inchs overnight.I' still not used to getting up or coming in from work and seeing the diff from the day before.

i love the feeling . when i wake up and theres another wee hair. that will soon turn into a leaf.. well there growing great.and i have noticed that the bigger it gets the faster it grows.. ill have to post some decent pics soon. cuz ma other pics are rubbish.
