are my chicks growing dicks or just funky mutant

weird things are going on in my grow room....3 plants have funky mutant leaves were only 1 blade is appearing..looks normal lower on the plant..any idea's??

They look like chics without dicks to me.Maybe I am missing what it is you see but I see only female parts on them.

Single-bladed bud leaves are normal.
You know, the leaves that stick out from the bud site? You will find only a few fan leaves in that region.
