Out of the many good/great places I have entertained the weed...... one sticks to mind more than most.......... a July week day, just after lunch ( a light one)
decided to go for Inish Oirr ( the small Aran Island ), as I was in Doolin, such decisions are easily got considering I had just started a week long holiday. Sun was up, the sea was extremely calm and I was so happy with it all. only seven or so people the on boat and they were part of one group. I was the only person on deck(outside). I sat down closed the olde eyes, hands in pockets thinking that It cannot get much better than this......when I got that unmistakeable feeling that it was not just four fingers and one thumb roaming around the pocket. Well that olde joint of weed must be there 6 months and to be honest it smoked like 6 months worth of grass inside the same.......... twas grand like. One other story one now stands out in Tokyo but that is for another time . cheers for that Budbuster:thumbsup:

wierdest place was in the back of a moving van which was pitch black... heading to oxegen and feck it made myself comfortable on the sleeping bags n off i went, hotboxed a hole van on my own, quiet proud :) took me about 4 hours to get to the festival from there tho :)

Cool posts. I thiks the best place to smoke weed in Irealand... Isss due t the fact if never been in all countys. But I was in Balina A few years ago with family. We were on a camping trip. and i had to sneak about to get a quick smoke...well i went to the Play room..ya no .with pool tables, tvs ,and a big couch..well i went in not a person n sight..so ok i rolled one there said ok cant smoked it here ill do it outside..so i stood outside..i came back in pretty wasted and sat on the couch ..an hour went past no a soul came in So i skinned one there. i puffed it .then anor one ,then i got bored went to our tent got munchies.and went back where i sat till daybreak smoking ganja and watching tv...truley the best place to smoke. i was so wasted. would love to go again. But i cant even remember where the place is..lol

The best place to smoke is were u are comfortable, somewhere relaxing, water , sun and natural fresh air, all these things are good 4 d body and create a nice atmosphere to smoke and chill, thats were i lik to smoke, but wit the wheather in ire , its either sitting in the car lookin over the sea or in gaf, home sweet home.....

A week ago I climbed to the top of the mountains around Tigh Knock. There's massive rocks to perch yourself on while you look out over the whole of Dublin and Dublin Bay, never been to a better place to smoke in my life.

Connemara - right across from this beach. I truly loved it there, we never
ever wanted to come home.

Connemarra is lovly ..i was there many times as a youth.. but i have to say weford is really nice to.. them boys fairly hold on to der roots... also they make the best camans in the six countys...

Haven't been stoned in Ireland yet , but Connemara surely is magnificent !
Travelled from Enniscrone , Sligo to Westport and then Maam valley.
I was driving through Connemara and thought I found myself in 'sheep country' , sheeps everywhere , on the hills , on the side of the road , AND in the middle of the road at night...
And as I said I wasn't high...In another country though , if you'd told people they'd think you were tripping telling stories about sheeps on the roads , not fenced in... :)
Unique !! Liked the Gaelic signs on the roads , if only I knew how to pronounce it right.:confused:

Still want to see Achill Island , that's in Mayo I presume.

thats one thing about Ireland.. Plent of sheep and cows in the feilds.. Sometimes this country is perfect then some other day i hate it.. but thats just me. its a great place to visit but living here is anor ting.. althought i do get on with it.. if your visiting again ceck out Ballycastle lovly place and your certain to get smoke. just ask the skaters.. lol thats what i dun. got me some trippy as soap.. twas years ago.. neway

Schull in west Cork is a deadly place to go for a few joints as is Lahinch which is also an excellent surf spot aswell.

My house. Lol.. erm.. St Finbarres as Hansel said is a lovely place to go smoking in the summer, when it's warm. Erm, a hut on the side of a mountain three miles from Kenmare in Kerry is always good too. Walking through Dublin with a can and a spliff is also always good :D OR just down the alley by Tesco's. Generally, it all depends on the weather.

I got realy stoned on the weekend and ended up in the wicklow mountains somehow, went trekking over frozen rivers and rock climbing and all that (without a coat or gloves or anything just beer and weed) we'd stop every five minutes for a toke and a can, after i fell ass first true a frozen river we got into woods after fighting our way true bushes and bog and shit we got to a place were the trees all curved up at the sides and a straight path of realy soft grass with a few big ass rocks was in between the trees, that was the best place i ever toked! :p there was a massive river beside it was high up in the moutains, was snowing lightly and i was realy realy high with a frozen ass lol

A friend and I went to the Northern Ireland game fair 10 years ago in Shane's Castle as you can imagine there were plenty of peelers (plenty of guns about) but we were desperate for a smoke . There are underground cellars that go on for hundreds of yards with no light and we had no light we roled up and got as stoned as i have ever been. It was like being in scary movie staggering forward with imaginings of a gaping hole infront of us. It was one of the most intense experences of my life !!!!!!!

another great place to smoke in ireland is the blackrock baths.. they are abandoned and you dont get any hassle from garda.. only other people i ever seen in their were a few kids doing graffiti.. usually head out here if its sunny out and im in town i just hop on the dart..
but since im from tallaght i usually just smoke in my house or in the coocoos nest beergarden or tymon park.. theirs a lack of spots and smoke here:(

there's a pull in spot right at the fence at the start of a runway at cork airport so the planes fly about 40 ft above you when they'r landing its unreal. the top viewing point at silversprings in cork is cool.. i also love to smoke in dingle and west kerry in general - no hassle with gardai :rastasmoke: ..

im surprised i havent posted on this topic yet, i love finding new places to smoke and i have a million in Donegal alone, not to mention about 5 decent pull in spots on the way to belfast from Donegal, a few nice spots around belfast too.

In Donegal, it all depends what mood your in, there are a few nice spots in forested area's with some spectacular sunsets, there is Ards Friary, near the cliffs with some kick ass views for smoking, and a bench to sit on lol, then we have my fave star-gazing place, tis in Ballyare, middle of no where, on a clear night there is great views of the stars, brilliant for meteor showers, then you also have down around Glenswilly, nice place for driving and smoking. One of my fave places is by Cartan Lake, espically when the moon is full and not a cloud in the sky, it reflects off the water and with the Church and forest backdrop you just couldnt ask for more................and there is also me house :jointsmile:

I was in Co Donegal for the summer, around Quigleys Point near the border with Derry. There are some fantastic little hidden beaches and coves and the views are class. I wish I couldve stayed there and never left.
Also up around the North Coast, the Giants Causeway and Portrush are good places to be caned
