Listen to old school (hard) rock like Black Sabbath or Deep Purple? It's pretty cool when you're high.

In fact, we havened had a music thread in a while. What kinda music do you all listen to? High or sober or both.

I played semi-pro/pro in rock bands as lead guitar from about 1970 until '85, mostly Free, Sabbath, Stones, Deep Purple, Hendrix. It was a great time for music. Nearly everything was new and original and every album seemed to throw up something exciting. I like modern stuff like Tool, but there was a good feeling around then that everybody seemed to be into the same stuff.

Nowadays, stoned, it's Imogen Heap and songs like 'Let go', which have awesome production. If you're on the way up or peaking, try this;

lol i listen to bands like Slipknot, Stone Sour, Linkin park, Atreyu, Trivium

and i also listen to hip hop (weird combo hey) i reckon Obie Trice and Xzibit are pretty cool i also like Cypress hill (who doesn't ^.^)

I like metal stuff like The Haunted, Lamb Of God, Slayer, In Flames. I also listen to Drum n Bass.

What i listen to vaires depending on how stoned i am.

I like Jamiroquai, especially the instrumental stuff, when I 've smoked a bit.

But when I'm enjoying the brews, it's all about Marhall Tucker Band, Dead, Allmans, Big Head Tood and the Monsters.

Then when I'm totally straight, old-school hip hop. Tribe Called Quest Low End Theory is one of the greates hip hop albums ever made IMHO.

Hell yeah, Black Sabbath rocks. I listen to lots of stuff from the '70s.
