I got mine from a store at the mall, I asked these 2 guys to buy it for me since I'm underage, so they did.

Just ask someone to buy one for you. Even a dealer (if you know him pretty well), just say "Hey man next time I buy weed from you i'll give you an extra $35 for a pipe too.", that way he'll buy the piece with that money, and still have about $8 left over for himself. If he's a nice guy he'll do it.

Have someone you know who is 18 or older and is cool with you smoking pick up one for you at your local headshop. Give him an extra 10 for the drive!

Yeah headshops the place to go for the best choice, a lot of markets have stalls that sell pipes, bongs, papers etc and some can even point you in the right direction should your reg dealer let you down! (always good to know a few fellow smokers) Don't think many will be bothered about your age if your buying a pipe, give it a go they can only say no.

I got mine, (well, my homie got it for me) at this tobacco (hehe) store called Yucky's. They sell pipes, bong, hookahs, all that good herb peraphanilia.

I've seen only 2 down here, and I'm in Miami.

Also, I've never ever heard of a Yucky's outside of Florida, so damn.. :(

Only other way I'd know how to purchase would be the Flea Market they have around here or online. :thumbsup:
