The plant looks healthy.
Shults African Violet plant food, and shults Rose food for bloom, are high in phosphate they give good results.
Walmarts stocks them.

okay well i just went to walmart and purchased "Expert Gardener Bloom Burst" it has 10% nitrogen 52% phosphate and 10% potash. is this what i should use and should i jus replace it with my old miracle grow mix (it was more focused on nitrogen)? i was watering once a week with it

THat fertilizer will get the job done.
Thats more phoshpate than need, and you dont need to fertilize that often. My 2 cents.
