I used to have two rats as a kid. They're so clever! I trained him to come by name and climb up onto my shoulder. They're so much more intelligent than other domestic rodents and if you ever thought hamsters where good at escaping, you ain't seen nuttin'. :D

rats are awesome. :) Be sure and spend lots of time with it or else get it a buddy 'cause they're really smart and social and they get lonely and depressed if they're alone.

my friend had 12 rats in addition to the tons of other pets she had. She only bought 2 rats at first (both female) but one of them had babies like right after she got them. I think shes going to get rid of all but one of them though because the one that had the babies (and all the babies) are feeders and they're kind of sickly and she doesnt want the rest of her animals to get sick. and they arent very nice (except the one shes keeping).

This one's a curious fire breathing dragon... about animalism and the mind and latin. mind = anima + mal = bad. thats an o:rasta: :pimp: :D :o ldie but continue. This could progress into an arguement but can we keep it peaceful. When the tiny iddy biddy lil' THC cyrtals gloat into your mind it opens up and enlightens neuropathways that have previously been closed and openess your mind to lightness and hence goodness. Ohh this is startin to sound good, what can previously have been perceived as being kind of bad may also persuade as being convincingly brilliant. I'm startin to sound stoned here AMERICAN INDIAN EURO TRASH!:rasta: :rasta: :pimp: :smokin: :o

Dude, rats are awesome. I had 4 of them until about a year ago when my mom made me get rid of them. They are really loyal and smart, but you have to be careful because they WILL try to get out of where ever you're keeping them. I got tired of hearing them jumping and hitting the top of their cage or coming home and finding them out of their cage (I have no idea how they did this, I even had a weight on the top), so I just let them roam around my room. If you do this make sure that you put them back in a closed area every few hours to eat, or they will try to eat ur stuff
