Think kif is captured with a pollinator grinder and shake is just what is at the end of a baggy. Since there is usually lots of crystals at the end of a baggy kinda the same thing.

kief is the resinous glands (trichomes) of the plant that are separated by screening (or other? methods) they're high in thc and can be pressed into hash. they're not really crystals but kinda look like em.
