It would be best to use a fertilizer that you can mix with water, so you can better control how much fertilizer you add and when you add it. So like a liquid or a powder, or bat guano, etc. Worm castings are great for young plants as they won't burn them. Fish fertilizer is also great.

I can use these 2 ways..Crush half the needed amount for a small pot and mix into a gallon of water and slowly raise the ammount every 3 days depending on how well plant does..Or i can mix half the needed size and put into soil around plant

Do not use a continuous release fertilizer. They are not that good and can cause the soil to have a salt build up. Use solutions that disolve in water. Also, I would seriously suggest not using any ferts during the first month of a plants life. Cannabis can usually live the first month, month and a half on the nutrients in the soil. If you have enough addivitives in your soil then you may never have to use ferts.

If you are having problems with your grow it's because you are using Miracle Grow products and nutrients.

They are not good for growing quality medical marijuana...period.

im only using it as a last resort to save the plant with some nutes..they seem to be working well both as a spray and in the soil
