Alright the soil i was using was shit..yesterday i set some soil in a pot and let the rain water moisten it and get it ready to transplant... what i didnt notice was how cold the soil was..and the soil the plant was in was room temp or above room temp.. well i transplanted the plant into the new soil...bout an hour ago..this is what the plant looks like now..can it be saved? will it live? will it die?

That plant already looks extremely stretched, if that's your only plant I'd use this as an opportunity to start over from seed, and this time get more light on the seedling so it doesn't stretch.

If it's still not doing too good, I would suggest something like "Revive" by advanced nutrients, it helps distressed plants- it worked really awesome for mine.
