Ethrel, Feminizing Plants

I've read on a few sites that using Ethrel on early batches of Cannabis can make 'em all female. Where can I get it?

I've never heard of Ethrel, but I have tried Sensa-Soak and found the feminizing claim to be utter rubbish. Do you know if Ethrel contains ethylene? It's a ripening agent for plants.
