does ne one know washington state laws on growing hemp? i cannot find it ne where on the web, i like to grow things, and a disguise for my mj plants could be growing them within a habitat containg hemp plants.

It looks the same, it's cannabis sativa, just very low-THC strains. The problem with using industrial hemp to disguise real pot is...the hemp males would fertilize your real females. Widespread outdoor industrial hemp farms, for this reason, would very likely cut way down on outdoor pot growing. Or the amount of seedy pot on the streets would go way up, and the quality of available pot would go way down.

Hey, Not to correct you, but isnt hemp more of a Cannabis Ruderalis then a sativa?

I may be wrong But i believe hemp cultivation is illegal in Most states except for California whos Legislature approved hemp cultivation. But like i said i could be wrong

Mainly sativa, because of the larger size, which results in more fiber, seeds and oil. I guess a hemp farmer could grow any variety they like, but sativas are likely to make them more money/acre.
