How to obtain mother plant?

I've been thinking about how to get a mother plant the easiest and fasted way. Does on put em into flower 12/12 to show sex then back into 24/0 and then take cuttings/clones? can anyone describe their method of getting a mother?

so you have to flower the clones (veg them then flower?) to figure out the mother plant?

I DON'T FLOWER MY CLONES,,, SINCE THEY CAME OFF OF FEMALE PLANTS.

IF YA HAVE A GREAT FEMALE THAT YA WANT LOTS'A BABIES FROM,, KEEP HER IN VEG,, AND TAKE BABIES AS SHE MAKES EM.

Yeah, what some people do is just grow out all the plants they planted by seed and just take cuttings from each one and plant them in the flowering room and as soon as they show their flowers they remove the ones that produces male flowers and just flower the mother females and keep one or two or you could just keep all the females. But I'd just keep one mother and flower the rest for super paranoia gro-op's :p.

After flowering,, Is it a decent idea to save some budsites that didn't produce much bud on a female plant. Then put the plant back under 24Hr or 18/6 and force it to start re-vegging and take a few cuttings once it has grown some? Will it grow some?

If this is possible what is the correct method of doing so, Also what sort of products can assist in this process? If any at all?

Would be cool if it can be done. Fairly easily
