gah burning the leaves...

damn it wtf ok i come home from school to find that somehow one of the leaves ended up like pretty much touching the light not sure if cuz of fan or what but ya its kinda burnt a curled up what is the best idea to do for this? just leave it there or cut the leave only about 4 weeks old

if it`s burnt to a crisp, cut it off

Trim the plant abount 1/2 inch below the break where leaf has been affected. Move the lights to 8-10" above the plants. Put your hand on top of the plant and if the light is too hot for you, it will burn the plant.

Ive heard that so many times.. if its to hot for you, it is for the plant, and its really true.. Im just curious.. I mean, does it actually have to burn your hand for it to hurt the plant..?
