After college and graduate school, I taught school and worked as a newspaper reporter. Then I went back to school and earned another degree. Then I worked for a corporation as an executive speechwriter and marketing consultant.
I did that for a number of years and left that job earlier this month so I could go to school yet again. I'm now in my first year of medical school.

I went from University to business marketing and management college, from there I moved on to propritary stock trading, as well as drug dealing on the side. (out of drugs now)
Recently I have been commercial real estate investing, and long term small business loaning as a future securing move.
I make alot of money. Dropped out of highschool too. (was booted)

It totaly depends on the type of work in real estate you want to get into.
I mean you could buy, fix, and resell houses, you could just be a real estate egent, you could be a commercial real estate investor (like me), where you purchase commercial lots in malls or on the street and lease, rent, or sell the lots, you could be an industrial real estate investor where you purchase land and lots on industrial worksites,
any many more.
You have to decide which area of real estate you want to get involved in.
I am not 100% immersed in the real estate business myself. I am mainly a long term business investor. All I do is buy out unused lots in malls and sell them to business owners that want the lot. Like for example, an entrepreneur purchased a lot from me in the food court of the edmonton city shopping center mall, he recently purchased a chain from MacDonalds and needed a place to put it, so instead of leasing, he had the money to buy it, so he did. I am not his landlord because he bought the site.
I landlord the people who lease and rent, (until the lease is paid)

im still waiting on those stock tips...im tryin to make some money!:p
Yeah I graduated with a BS in Psych, then only one semester away from finishing my MA in Behavioral Science, I dropped out of grad school and quit my internship teaching intro psych at a community college. Other jobs I've had before rebuking psychology: wilderness therapeutic camp counselor then supervisor, psychiatric clinical trials coordinator, manager of adult and child mhmr residential and day facilities, etc... all of which sucked. Way too stressful.
Now I'm a night clerk. Starting all over as an undergrad again; in mathematics.

Graduated with my BA in Philosophy and now I am teaching ESL.
Saving up money so I can go back to school and get another BA in Mandarin and then hoping to get my MBA through one of those international MBA programs like Rutgers or John Hopkins.
I just want to make some good money for a few years, save like a crazy man, and then buy a little house in the countryside and grow sweet corn and pot. :smokin:

BS in fisheries management. Went to Alaska, discovered my degree makes no money, went back to the university I graduated from and weaseled my way into a research assistantship, now run a analytical chemistry lab. My other jobs are landlord and indoor gardener! :D

Analytical chemistry! Now that's sexy! :smokin:
I would love to have a little more knowledge in a field like that...I am a bit of a home chemist (I love to play around with little experiments about almost anything), but I would absolutely think it was amazing to spend a few days in a real lab and get some real work accompllished.
