I saw that gun thread got nuked within 15 minutes of being posted. Good.

I feel that violence has no place on a site that claims to be dedicated to education about a useful plant.

Even all the 'my dealer ripped me off, I want to kick his ass' talk really gets me down.

Everyone says 'hey, marijuana is not physically addictive, that makes it even better than alcohol, which IS physically addictive'... so how can one justify violence over something that is not supposed to make you nutty?

Just my two cents.

Actually I popped into his profile and had a look around... says he's 17, he lives in Ft. Payne AL, and his name is Cory Campbell.... Perhaps not the sharpest pencil in the box?

I think perhaps this individual should be IP banned from the boards entirely, if not for nothing else, for his own safety!

IP bans just don't happen. Ip's can change, be masked and are even cycled with certain ISP's. If we ban an IP we run the chance of banning IP's of completely random people in the future.

hmm think id put my real info on a website for one i dont live in the state of alabama...this isnt even my computer or account...just thought id let you in on that people also the post wasnt about anything about gangs or drugs i was looking for information on a basic self defence it is a amendment to bear arms is it not can i not inquire on something?

I'm a firearm enthuiast and can tell you that a cannabis related forum is not the best place to check for information. You need to first check your states Constitution and statutes as to the general provisions of firearms. Next, you need to check with your County and Local governments to see if they place further restrictions. For example, in Illinois, you can own a firearm. It is illegal to own a firearm in Chicago...state law vs local law. If you still have questions, a legitimate site like packing.org is full of knowledgable people, including LEOs, that can help you learn the proper information.

Welcome to the internet.. where you can find information on just about anything. From butterflys to 12 gauge shot guns to cannabis information. There specific sites for specific issues. This site is generally based around cannabis and the uses (medical and recreational) of it.

Find somewhere else to get your information about self defence and shotguns..

as an avid gun-owner, and licensed to carry, I agree with the moderators ... gang-crap violence, etc. has no place here ... in my un-requested opinion, NOTHING belongs here, except CANNABIS discussion ... :D ... as for firearm info, a top website is www.packing.org ... a very informational website with gun-law information, etc .... :smokin:
