Alright up untill about 3 years ago my bones use to be fine. Some reason for the past 3 years or so. My bones crack really bad all the time. Like I can crack my Toes, Shoulder, Fingers, Wrist, Anckles, Knee, Neck , Back After I crack any of thoes I'm able to crack them within the next half hour. Sounds kind of messed up but I really don't like it. Ive ben to a bone specialist he told me I have to much nitrogen In my bones Makeing that poping/cracking noise. And that it is perfectly normal. I think the doctor is a nut to begin with. He didnt know what he was talking about and was a bad doctor that's what my half brother told me when He broke his wrist and had to go see him.
So I dont know. Sometimes theres like a tight feeling in my joints ( No not a spliff lol ). Anyone know anything on this. Or have the same problem.

I can crack all my toes at once. All my fingers. When I crack my back it feels like its being pushed back in to place. Same way with my fingers. Sometimes there a small amount of pain On areas such as the back when i crack it.

I was "taught" how to crack my knuckles/fingers by a friend when I was little.
One week, I just started doing it. And kept doing it. And after about a month, I was cracking my wrist and everything above it about once every 2 minutes. It developed to a point where it enflame and hurt like hell until I cracked it, and then cease for around 2 minutes, whereas I needed to crack it again. Eventually, my hands hurt all the time, no matter if I cracked them or not.
Conclusion: I developed a very complicated system of punishment and cessation: Everytime I impulsively cracked anything, I'd hit myself in the face.
Now, I know not to, ever. And the pain went away.

Yeah, you don't have excess nitrogen in your bones. When you crack your knuckles, you're separating your bones to the point where a tiny nitrogen bubble forms in the joint. Hence the popping noise. But anyone can do it, so yeah it's nothing to worry about unless you do it so much that your joints get inflamed and shit.
