Hi just wondered if you do excercising regulary does it counter the effects of tobacco on the body? (rehabilitate your lungs etc)

I dont think it can really heal the damage that is done to your lungs, but it would help because exercising helps your lungs work more effectively. Your lung capacity usually raises and your lungs and heart work efficiantly to bring oxygen to your body and other wastes out.

ur lungs will heal if u quit smoking tobacco, i would say it helps, it doesnt counter the tobacco tho, i work out every second day, and it definatley makes u feel better

yah it will help wit yer general breathing/lung capacity, but it wont counter the effectz 2 any "safe" degree.

Depends what state your lungs are in. If emphysema/bronchitus sets in, the damage is permanent. You would have to smoke very often for a long time to do that to yourself though.
