How do you inhale correctly to get high? Do you suck smoke from pipe/roach/whatever you using, hold in mouth, then open mouth and inhale normal air hard? or do you suck smoke from whatever your using and open you throat so it automatically goes into your lungs? help

Breath in as deep as you can, all the way straight down to your lungs. After the smoke is in, keep inhaling. The average human doesn't use %100 of their lungs, so smoking is a good way to break them in. for huge bong rips I find it best to exhale fully right before your hit and inhale about 70% of lung capacity. Once you pull the stem and inhale the smoke keep inhaling fresh air afterwards to maximize the smoke's ability to go to the deepest part of your lungs. I use a 4' glass bong and this trick usually puts me on my ass for a few hours.
