I have a scrog grow that is about 30 days into flowering now. As expected some of the fan leaves are turning brown. Should I cut off the brown leaves now...just wait until they shrivel up and fall off on their own? If I trim them it will let more light into the nearby buds...

hey there BigBlock.. well i have heard people say they cut the leaves that r dyin to give more light to the buds.. then i have heard others say no no no do not cut any leaves as the plant feeds the buds through them.. so i would say dont cut anythin just wait untill they drop off.. i mean i surpose its like if u have a broken arm u wouldnt just pull it off would u lol coz that would affect ur overall health.. i no the dyin leaves dont look pretty but id say just leave em be till they drop off.. hope that helped a bit

I recently read in Marijuana Botany that the plant will grow fastest if you just let the leaves fall off naturally.

if its brown its dead and no longer useful to the plant plus that far into flower is normal for those leaves to turn color and die off i personally snip them off as close to the branch as possible with no ill effects

When they fall, REMOVE them from your grow room. Dead, rotting leaves are NOT good to have around.

good advice there keep that grow room cleaner than anyother place in your home dead leaves promotes bugs
