What should the room temp & humidity be with lights on:?
During veg state?
During flower?
Also, what about during the dark cycle? How hot can your get during the dark cycle?

75 degrees F, and pretty humid ... and cooler during the dark cycle.
Humidity changes as the plant grows, 45% is about optimal.
Temp should be 75-85c, dont let the temps go far over 90c.
Same for dark cycle, it shouldn't go over 90c with the lights off anyways.

you want your humidity to be anywhere from 40% to 80% under normal conditions. The temperature should never exceed 85 degrees F save for a few rare strains that like the temperature higher. Generally if you keep humidity around 65% and temp between 65-74 degrees you should be fine
