I hear the human body can survive just fine with only one kidney. How much could a human kidney go for? I should sell one, like, right now! Ha ha! :p

I hear $10,000, so we'll start the bidding of one of my fresh kidneys for, $5000! Okay.......go! ;)

The pancrease makes bile i think, you need it to live.

Things that'll really go are things like spare fingers, ears, noses and that kinda thing.

I've heard of people having their Pancrease removed from exccesive drug and alcohol abuse, or am I thinking of something else...

Fuck it, I'm going to load a bowl and have some ice cream. :D

i think you'd be in pretty sad shape if you had your pancrease removed. Alcohol abuse damages your liver.

Wow, what medical textbook did you get that one from? Apparently one written by doctors who hadn't heard of the appendix or the tonsils, didn't know how to spell "gallbladder" and couldn't tell the difference between the spine and the spleen.

the organ you are talking about is the appendix. it doesnt really serve a purpose right now, but some scientists believe that it was used to break down raw meat, like in the stone age when humans didnt really cook their foods

The pancreas produces insulin so that your glucose levels don't get too high and you go into some sort of terrible diabetic coma.

If you're thinking about selling your pancreas let me know, it's my belief that one can never have to many pancreas'
