is it time to harvest or wait just a bit longer

Hello peeps well my two ladies had a bit of a hard time what with this wet and cloudy uk weather and one of the branches was half off because my ladies kept getting blown over so i cut it off today 16/10/04 and have taken most of the leaves of could u please tell me if i should now harvest as most of the branches are looking like this also i know da buds are small but atleast they didnt die on me for me first go many thanks for all ur help now and in the past

i would say give it a couple more weeks of constant heat. those budds haven't formed out fully yet.

needs much more time; it looks like it's in the very early stages of flowering.

when u say heat will central heating do as im growing outside got no equipment what so ever ?
