Tax Stamp? self incrmination?

Ok so i was reading about my states laws which someone told me would be a good idea so i did and found this Tax stamp law. Isnt this self incrimination?

"This state has a marijuana tax stamp law enacted. This law mandates that those who possess marijuana are legally required to purchase and affix state-issued stamps onto his or her contraband. Failure to do so may result in a fine and/or criminal sanction."

who is going to go to there local court house and buy these stamps and stick them on there potted plants or stash? My states taxes you as well as fine you if you get busted not to mention probation and sometimes jail time. If you have under a 1/2 oz you fine its just a misdemenor but anything over that is a felony, and if you sell to a minor or a pregant woman its even worse. So I thought I would pass this information alog and give you the website I was given to check out your state if you dont know already. norml.com

Someone answered one of my questions on here and said it would be a good idea if I checked out my state laws which is a gret idea so you know what your getting into if anyting goes sour. They gave me this website. www.norml.com and you just go there and pick your state.

Marijuana is still illegal regardless, why? Because the government doesnt make tax stamps :p.

Just live in California where it's (might as well say) legal to carry anything under 28 grams of marijuana :).

Some states collect millions of dollars, off these stamps. Who pays it? God only knows.

Not knowing where you live I can only guess but if you look close. I would bet that the catch is you need the stamp to grow or own marijuana but the rub is you can only get the stamp if you already have marijuana but if you already have marijuana then it's illegal to have it with out a stamp. But you can't get a stamp with out having it first.

It's only on the books as another way for them to ad changes to anyone they want. It's a vicious circle of unjust law's that corrupt politicians have written and passed to control the lives and minds of the public they oppose and want to control.

its just a law they passed to add money to their paychecks...its horseshit and if u ask me its hypocritcal...they probally got more laws like that they can slap u with if ur caught growing or even in possession of bud...it all adds up...funny what money does to people isnt it?
