am i having trouble flowering

hey everyone whats up. this is my first post and i need some help. this is my second year growing and my plants are doing well they have a bunch of white pistils all over and some turned red and orange.however there is no actual bud growth that i can see and the hairs have been there for a while. i got the seeds from jamaica when i went on vacation. he said they are called jamaican tigerstripe but idk. is my situation gonna get better and me have some serious bud or no.. please help

it takes quite some time for the buds to form
if you got lots of white pistils
then your on your way
mine are like yours
they got like 7-8 weeks to go

thanks...i thought i was gonna ge tm yhead ripped off for being as dumb as i am..... so alos ii have 2 females that i clones and i lef t1 male behind them because i need more seeds for next season do u think it will affect my overall harvest a lot cause i plan to rip them out soon cause there pods have been open for about 6 days

that happens when the plants arent getting enough water and pistils are dying back. Try moving them into a more shaded area (if possible)

the plant is in the ground so i cant move it and i water it everyday , im trying to put pictures of it up for you guys but its not working..HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
