The pulp (hurd) of the hemp plant can be burned as is or processed into biomass fuels, such as charcoal, methanol, methane, or gasoline.
Look farmilar? Thats the daily factoid for today. Its also the answer to our gasoline issue. You know, the one that causes us to pay ridiculous prices for gas. Well as you read, the pulp can be processed into GASOLINE! Problem solved!
Why the hell cant we just used the wonderful plant CANNABIS to make gasoline???!!!
Please someone give me a good reason.
make it legal

Because the people that make billions from oil would fucking kill you before you had even bought the fields where you would grow the plants.

we need a single spokesman from cannabis.com (it is one of the biggest cannabis sites on the web right?) to go before a congressmen on c-span or hell, even call fox, just get the word out... not just about this daily factoid, (if it is true) but for everything we know, that the govt. sheilds from the general publics eyes to further keep up their 70 year lie...

Oil will bring in more money for the government, hemp will not. If everyone in the world grew hemp, the oil business would be gone and the money coming into the government, would decrease big time.
US government makes oil sales from all over the world, bringing in billions of dollars each year. If those countries that Bush sells/buys to all grew hemp, the cost of oil would go down, and they would lose sevral countries business.
Yes, I agree, it would make more sense to mass produce hemp. Willy Nelson is one of the only men of earth that has a mini bus that runs on hemp oil.
The government who controls oil wants one thing, and they don't care who it hurts, or kills in the process. Just as long as those billions of dollars keep rolling in.
What ever happened to the electric car? Anyone else catch that on Jon Stewart show? There was a man who owned an electric car from GM motors, along with others, When he went to take his car in for service, the government seized ALL electric cars. Hmmm...I wonder why.

Isn't there a conspiracy theory (probably truein this fucked up world) that hemp would be used to this day but someone who made paper (at greater cost than hemp paper) had several newspaper so he used his paper making plant to produce his own paper for the newspapers?????????

i wouldn't be the right one, i often have troubles gathering my words, and stutter alot, i can only imagine how bad it would be if millions were watching me, we need someone wittier... like billionfold, psycho4bud, latewood ect ect... those types of individuals, well collected, and on task.

Also by using a plant that uses CARBON DIOXIDE to produce FUEL it is cleaning the air as it grows. Wow this really sounds like a good idea. God stoners are brilliant people how come NO government in the history of the world has thought of this. Holy shit by using hemp they will lose money. I thought my government wouldnt lie to me and I have been duped.

That is so true and thats why it pisses me the fuck off. The middle/lower class is suffering to try to keep gas in there car so that they can make it to work jsut to get by on food and a roof over there head. Cause everything is so god damn expensive and increasing while salaries arent.
The governemnt only cares about making fucking money when they have billions of it growing out their ass. How did society get so fucked up?

Exactly. They could care less about society's problems with affording gas, just as long as they get their slice of the pie. Which usually is a 6 digit per year earnings, while people who work their asses off doing grunt work, barely pull in $30,000 a year.

The argument the government uses against hemp is that it contains THC, although industrial hemp is not shit you would want to smoke at all but that is besides the point. It's also funny that farmers in America a long time ago I don't remember the timespan were growing industrial hemp for things like clothing, food, you can even build a house out of hemp.
If any of you are really interested in the use of hemp go to jackherer.com
also go to http://www.jackherer.com/chapters.html and read his book which is online called "The Emperor Wears No Clothes" its all about hemp and would be much more informative then I.
have fun!

you would have to grow a riddiculus amount of weed to produce enough gas for the entire country (although i wouldnt mind that). Also, it would most likely take as much fuel to make the weed gas as would be produced.

I believe that you can also just press the seeds for oil and run them in a properly tuned diesel engine. There are many solutions to the oil problem, but many governments are practically run by the oil industry. The people must just take matters into their own hands and tell the government to shove it. You can currently get a biodiesel car, and many cars already run on ethanol. Or do what I like best, ride a bike most of the time.

u understand the ammount fo work that goes into manufacturating that kind of ammount of hemp? and the ammount of hemp each car would use per year?
im not sure but i caught a special on ethanol, which is produced from corn...its more expensive to make...u think gas prices are bad now? just think if a gallon was $15-$20....
we outta be finding new sources of electricity...i meanf uck we been using oil as a main source of energy for what? 50 years?...i think the government has already found its new source, bu it wants to milk the oil industry for what it can...
(just my conspiracy theory)
besides did u know 1 cup of water has the potiental energy to light up las vegas for a week?...hydro energy is 1 of the many new energy sources being researched today...we cant live offf of fossil fuels forever...
