Dunno really, hows about they are trying to find out what happened to there mum but there father always dodges the issue. This could be out of guilt, fear ,remorse , shame or any number of emotions.
Just an idea not a great one i know but you gotta start with something i guess.

All the best.

You need a wicked wizard or witch, who used to do good but has now turned to the darker realms...

Lesson 1 of Creative Writing:

Write creatively from your own imagination.

I doubt the author's of today go around asking people to brainstorm them a novel.

actaully the truly orginal ones actually take input from outside sources...this case my outside source may be cannabis.com, im not saying write a book for me...just ideas that i can expand off of...

You mean like a pot smoking mage that advocates the medicinal uses of cannabis?

i wouldn't expect much in terms of usable ideas

not much in usuable terms because this is a cannabis site?

Write about what you know.
What you dream, think, imagine, love, fear, hate, avoid and struggle with.

No... not much usable because you're writing about something fairly unique. fantasy fiction isn't exactly something you just sit down and write. If you don't have some sort of plot and characterization already lined up before you begin asking for suggestions.. then what do you have to build on? nothing!

I already gave my suggestion but it seemed to be a joke i guess...so..like i said.. i wouldn't expect much.

Doesn't hurt to ask though,
Bob.

Agreed!

Though I would have been more abrupt and said "...you are a lame-ass writer who has no ideas...". If you've done 10-20 pages and need help then I'd say stick to short stories. I wrote a book once. It was 350 odd pages; it took me 13 months of daily writing and not going to work; I got as far as lookin for publishers; then It disappeard off the computer.. All I have left is the contents page and the front page. I was pissed for 2 months and tried all i could to recover the data. I have chosen not to do anything like that for the forseable future. My book was highly political and would have halted the world's spin had it got out. mwahahahaha.

its the prologe and part of a chp 1...it still has room for alot of changes...

this is what happened...i actually wrote that back when i was in high school i took a class called creative writing...i recently found the writing read over it and deciding to try and finish it up...but im gonna rewrite the entire thing first...so i have alot of room for new ideas...

i have an entire plot already thought out but its loose and still needs alot of development...
