this dude was gettin 17 pounds in the mail and the fbi found it and he lives in the town i do and they got him too but they never caught the person who sent it so its pretty messed

All i can think of go ahead mail it.. don't put a return address on it.. and mail it from a random public location... make sure it's not a huge quantity. :)
