How much longer till harvest?

shes flowering for 42 days under fluorescents (2x18w warm w. tubes, 2x18w daylight tubes, 2x24w warm w cfls, 1x25 warm w cfl). its about 40% color change, 70cm long, watered/fed 4 days ago. How much longer till sheis fully ripe? here r some photos:

Give it atleast 1 more week (or maybe one more), it really doesnt look fully ripe yet.

If you're gonna harvest in a week or two, don't feed it anymore just give it straight water. Pick up one of those pocket microscopes from your local radio shack for like 10 bucks and you can check the color of the trichomes to find out for sure when it's ready by checking how many are clear, cloudy, or amber. You can find more info about harvesting in the grow faqs I believe.

Looks gorgeous though man, what's her name? And any chance of getting a pic with something next to that bud for size comparison? That cola looks like it would give a horse penis envy.

I had a dry period in mid-may, so i planted some seeds i had collected cuz i was desperate. Not long after, i get my hook ups right again (found a great new dealer) and im swimming in bud the whole summer :D I think my babies gave me luck! come on dude! plant some treez. its nothing better than to smoke your own goods :D

thanks man and that lady flowered pretty quick in 42 days so far and build up all that bud. Cuz i have lack of space i needed my plant to grow in that huge single bud-type plant. It was a tough plant to grow, she is very sensitive on the nutes and it was hard to keep a schedule on that... anywayz all thats left is find out how she smokes. She doesnt have a heavy odour, rather that a spicy fruity smell that is very promissing... guess i'll find out soon :D

Well I have a few seeds that I'm positive will grow into either healthy males or females, the rest of the seeds I was just toying around with, they didnt look too vigorous. But I dont wanna waste those goods seeds until I can get a good place for them.

Im thinking of buying Nirvana's snow white and supergirl feminized, Its about 70euros each, quite cheap (all nirvana's seeds are cheap and heard some good thinks about em). Cuz my space is quite small I will be able to plant 2 or 3 plants in my every grow, so thats why I am goin for the feminized. Anyway, my first grow went very well so far and I was lucky cuz i got 2 fems out of 2 seeds. I was pretty much certain that I would have at least one male, and I was cursing myself for not planting more seeds. Dude if your planning to grow, select some big brown/black with tiger stripes. Like you said, they could be males or fems, but they will be healthy. :D

looks GREAT, I can Almost Smell her only my cooking is a little more pungent. Sometimes the whole dang plants keep swelling at an alarming rate even though you stop feeding, thas when you know ur gunna be mashup!! show us full length pics too and pics when u cut her/them down.. look forward to hearing the commentry on the first toke!!!!!!!! good work killa!

There r my babez, on the left 33 days flowering (young and promissing ;)) on the right, 43 days flowering. Tho they come from the same mother (growing from seed) they are totally different plants, looks, smells and growth.

I made a little game with the lights at the 4th week of veggin. I swiched on 18/6, from 24h light, and every day i was changing the levels of the light distance, some times up and sometimes really close, in order to force the plant to some stretching and then normal again. That made the plants to grow narrow with many internodes very close to each other, with actually no stems, just growing tips. When I turned 12/12 they just gave all the power to the single stem go grow a big fat cola. That worked better with my oldest plant (with the big cola), but I cant say that i dont like the other one also :D

that could be just great but when i was experimenting was high as hell and i dnd keep a journal or something so i could use it to my next grow (thats my first grow) but the main idea is what i wrote. Could be just this strain that grows like that but i think that the way they were presented to light is what caused them to grow that way

I gotta say thats a nice cola there, I'd say about 1-2 for the best high for the first plant as for the second probably 4-5. I have to say those your plants don't look happy, probably because they're pumped full of ferts, make sure you flush extensively atleast a week before harvest. (no one likes chem buds no matter how big) Also 'you' can achieve results like his just without topping and having the right growing conditions. Nice photos though. Awesome if this is truely your first grow. Most first timers don't get as lucky.

yeah i know they dont look happy... They r so bitches with the nutes, cant keep a schedule, no way. They almost died 2 months ago when i went to vacation... My friend forgot 2 water for 10 days. Dunno how they made it. When i first saw them, that almost gave me a heart attack. Most of the leaves had died and only some nodes on the top where alive but dammaged :( . I saved them, but the dammage left scars on the tree... they have been fert-sensitive since then...

you should knock you friend out!! well, just think about knocking them out.. don't smoke none with them.. I've had bad experiences with friends and growing bud which tells me if you wanna keep your friends, don't involve them... my last hydro grow about 2 years ago got totally fucked because the house i grew at became non enterable for 2 weeks. The guy who owned it fucked off without a care in the world. thing is, at the end of every grow he always said "i thought there would have been more than that.." twat! He never did anything to contribute besides helping with the triming at the end which wasn't that difficult as the maximum number of plants were 4.. Whatever mannnnn!
