i need to find a stem and bowl for a homemade glass bong i'm making, i think i got pretty lucky last time by just finding pieces lying around

i also wonder if a local hardware store might be a good place to go...

If you go to the hardware dont use anything like brass, aluminum, tin or any other "soft metal". They will release poisionous fumes when exposed to a flame because they have a low heating temp. peace

Yep. The only thing you should use from a hardware store is steel (not galvanized) or stainless steel. Steel of course will rust pretty quick. I made a bong out of stainless steel tubing and glass and I love it!

how about a local head shop? im sure that's your best bet
