Couldn't make a lot of sense of out your question but it sounds alright.
As long as you don't drown the root ball then you should be fine.
The plants will tell you if they don't like it.

Either offer advice or ask nicely. no need to be rude.
I would have said "hey, could you try to clarify a little better exactly what your asking? Some of us are having a hard time understanding the question".

Not quite sure what the question is, but you don't want any part of your plant sitting in water all the time. The roots need to breathe. If water is pooling in the root zone and stagnating there, you have to do something about better drainage or a different watering schedule.

What if its not stagnate water and there is air being pumped into the nute solution is that ok? Does there need to be bubbles hitting the root mass or just as long as the nute mix has air being pumped through it? Would H2O2 help this at all?

yeah oits not a problem, dutch pot aeroflow work similarirly as do hortipots!as long as some of the roots are out of the water the water is very well oxygenated no probs, all my pots sit in a light proof tank with at least an inch of sollution in the bottom, the roots grow out into the nutrient just fine!

as long as ther is air being pumped throught the mix your ok...think about it
dwc is just that.......the roots are constantly sitting in the nute mix, and you never have issues cause the mix is being oxygenated with the use of airstones
if the mix sat stagnet it will cause all sorts of problems root rot being one of them
