These plants are 1 and a half feet under a 400w HPS light. Theye have been in 12/12 cycle for 5 days. The room is 80 degrees, soil is 6.8pH and the soil (according to the meter is slightly moist) They received their first ferts last wednesday. I gave them tigerbloom but only at 25% strength.
The first plant, she doesn't have any yellowing but her bottom half is limp. Her leaves lay at her sides. In the morning when the lights first come on, they are not like that but within an hour they go limp. The top half is perky though.
The second plant, her new growth was yellow. I was told it was because she was overfertilized. But now her bottom fan leaves are turning yellow and working their way up. So does it mean she is still overfertilized?

On the bottle it says half tsp per gallon for foliar feeding. 4tsp per gallon for heavy feeding. And 2-3 tsp for recirculating systems. The guy at the shop said use 3 tsp per gallon sinse I am not doing a real heavy feeding and I am not foliar feeding. So I put 3 tsp in a gallon of distilled water. I mixed it good. I measured 1/4cup of that and added 3/4cup of plain water to it then put that in a water bottle. I fed it with my carrot stake. (its an 10" hollow carrot with holes it it that attaches to water bottles - stick it in the ground to feed directly to the roots)

This is what it says on their website
Garden tip: Use Tiger Bloom® at the first sign of flowering at the rate of 2-3 teaspoons per gallon of water. I used 3 but diluted it

Yep, had it myself. Nute burn definitely, all is not lost. I backed off for a week and a half and used water (lots of it) every 2-3 days) - also i think your PH is too high, it is for me anyway and a hight ph can alter the way nutrients are taken in, so it has to be right, i go at 5-5.5 always works for me.
ps and when you do go back ont he nutes ..half the stregnth for a week or two
