hey is it possible to use too much co2. will it damage, wilt, harm, or informaly fuck with ne of the plants natural habbits, also
i dont have a co2 regulator just a house that i can let co2 leak out of in small amount, like for a paintball gun, will this leak it out to fast and will it run out quick?

wow so many questions....you should have numbered them.

The amount that is to much is over 2500 ppm and I doubt that you can reach that level. Just know it can kill people if the level gets to high for to long a period.

What you want to do is fine but you will empty the tank in no time at all. The idea of using CO² is to raise the level and hold it there for hours.

Yeah, If YOU start to suffercate in your grow room then you are using too much co2. I don't think plants can get enough can they?

I had a friend that spent several hours a day in their greenhouse playing guitar. The resulting plant was a thai-Afgani that reached 7' wide and got to 5' plus tall.

I think I am going to hire a day worker to drink beer in my grow room. His c02 rich breath coupled with his almost pure c02 burps should do the trick.

Kidding aside, I use a tank with a steady bleed of c02 and constant exaust with a circulating fan to mix it up. At very minimum you may want to get a regulator and flow meter so you know how much is going into the room. Of course they arn't cheap.
