I found this small "practice" and thought I would share...

Relax your body and allow yourself to become fully present - seeing these words, hearing the sounds around you, and feeling what you feel.

Now imagine you are sending love into every part of your body - your toes, your eyes, your thighs, your nose - go through every part of your body until you are tingling from head to toe.

The part of you that is able to give yourself love is your inner guide. Ask that part of you for any guidance it can share with you about how to move forward in the face of your fears.

Enjoy:dance:

This is the long tradition of meditating on a concept, usually for the purpose of understanding it and knowing how to use it. Nothing new, but something a large portion of humanity has forgotten and could use a reminder in. Definately good advice for all, thanks Bhouncy :).

your welcome :)

I've done all kinds of meditation in the past. I found this to be very powerful in that it seemed to give solid results immediately. And the effects seem to last to... especially when I get an insight... a new learning... that moves me to a new level of knowledge and motivation.
