hey, so my plants are in the 12/12 cycle right now. My friends turn on the lights at 6:30 AM every morning, cause I go to work at 5 AM so Im not there to do it. Its the only thing I ask him to do for this plant, and we suppose to be going halves on this grow, but ive done absolutely everything. but anyways, he forgot to turn the lights on this morning, I got home at 4, went to go check on the plants and the lights werent on, so im a little worried. Will this hurt the plant at all? Is it insignificant and nothing to worry about? I turned the lights on so it got alteast a little light before 6:30. Thanks for the help guys!

if i understand it right the plants were in 12/12 and spent more than 12 hours in the dark, if so no worries....and dude ...... invest 10$ in a timer, its one of those gadgets that u really need to have when ur doin indoor growin..happy grow

IF YA MISS THE LIGHT CYCLE AGAIN,,, LET IT TILL TOMORROW. THE LIGHTS ON AT A WEIRD TIME FOR A SHORT TIME WILL DO MORE DAMAGE THAN A FULL DARK CYCLE.
AND AGAIN,,, INVEST IN A TIMER.

They all are correct the extra dark will not harm your plants at all.

Yeah I couldnt get to a store for a timer for a couple weeks and it was torture having to be at home those times or get the GF to do it. $10 at HD gets you a grounded timer that can handle over 15 amps. Peace of mind.

BOTH HAVE EM.. BUT I JUST GRABED A FEW HEAVY DUTY, OUTDOOR 15 AMP, 3 PRONG TIMERS FROM BIG LOTS. I NOW USE ONE ON MY A/C, ONE ON MY 1000W HPS, AND ONE TO RUN MY CO2 AND FANS.
