What's wrong with the orange hairs showing after 4 weeks of flowering? If you don't get any orange hairs then it would be a problem.
If the grow room is not humid, and the flowers are not turning color due to rotting, I think you're okay. If you post a pic we can tell for sure. When the bud is 75% orange, it's harvest time :)

Hairs have almost nothing to do with harvest. They die when either useless, or already used ... you better hope they aren't already used, cause that's a big sign they're preggo. Otherwise, unlike PTS said, you harvest when it's somewhere over 50% amber TRICHOMES.

temperature stays between 70-80
humidity is like 70
there are other plants on the other side of the room and its not happening to them at all? could it just be the blueberry??
(sorry no camera for pics)

yeaa
I had to reboot my computer and all this gay shit like 3 timess..
Then i couldnt find the fucking site again, but i did finally :)
Ill try to get sum pictures up,
its like my buds were doing fine three weeks into harvest and they're not even that big yet and the hairs just started turning orange on me.
A little of the roots were exposed from the pot so i put them under it so thats not a problem anymore..
Ill try to get sum pics if i can..

Don't wait until more than half the trichomes are amber! When they're amber, they're overcooked. When most are cloudy, but there are still some clear and maybe 10 percent amber, that's about the optimum time to harvest, assuming maximum potency is the goal.
The Dutch say that at the end of harvest, some strains will generate as much as 30 percent more THC if you give them 72 hours of complete darkness right before you hack them down. Not all strains will do this, but I didn't read anything about it *harming* the strains that don't benefit from the extended darkness. So I'd do that too, and hope your strains react favorably.
You can't go by the amount of red hairs to determine the right time to harvest. I've had buds that *looked* pretty damn done, but upon examining the trichomes, they needed more time as there were no amber trichomes at all, even though there were plenty of red hairs. Go by the trichomes.
