Disk Drive Prob

I bought a copy of RF Online recently and I put it in the drive, which is a DVD/CD-RW Drive, the disc runs but nothing shows up, likes its a blank disc. All my other discs work fine, what the fuck is wrong with this? I been trying to find out a solution all day, anyone good with comps know how I can fix this? Posting this here is my last hope until the game support team e-mail me which will probaly be a good few days.

if every other disk works then I would say that the disk may be the problem. Contact the seller and they might have the solution for you.. even if that means getting another copy.

Well I bought RF Online and Burn Out 2 and they both show up on the old shit computer just not this one, so its not the discs. Using Windows XP, any other opinions welcome.

got the correct and updated driver for that dvd drive?

Got the latest Firmware if that's what you mean

Send it back its probably a faulty disc.
