I am in the first week of flowering. The plants look good except that all the new growth looks almost yellow. Is this normal? The only thing that I changed was the nutes. I started giving it Tigerbloom at 25% strength. I did this the first day of 12/12 and then plan to give it another dose next week but 50% strength. I donn't want to overfertilize. The plants are under 400w HPS. Temps stays around 80-81

If the new growth is yellow its probably being overfed, old growth that is yellow usually means underfed.

I think you need to take it easy on the ferts as well. I'm not sure how far away your light is, but the overfeeding may be causing the stretching as well. And the bloom ferts should only be started after the plants have began showing flowers.

OK I will. Thanks for the info. I didn't think I overfertilized. I had only given it 25% strenth. And only 1 cup of it, (they are in 5 gal pots and about 2 feet high. As far as the light goes, the light is two feet above them (when I dropped it closer they started to wilt) I fed them using the carrot stake (its an 8 inch plastic looking carrot with small holes thru it that attaches to water bottles) - you put the water in the water bottle and attach the carot to the bottle and stick the carrort in the pot down to the roots so that the water goes directly to the roots. Mayby that has somthin to do with it. I'll just give it water frow the next two weeks or so to be safe.
