Pruned my plants and now I'm stoned?!

Have just switched my first ever crop to 12/12 and on the advice of these forums have pruned some of the lower branches to allow more air and growing potential to the larger top branches.

After pruning I dried some of the leaves two days ago and about 2 hours ago decided to see what they were like to smoke. They were nice and dry.

Now I'm stoned - or at least very woolly in the head:)

My plants have only just started to show flowers - I didn't realise you can get stoned on the leaves that much especially at such a young stage (6 weeks from seed - Skunk No.1)

Is this a common occurance? If so...I like it lol

Would appreciate an answer from someone more knowledgeble - I didn't think the leaves produced any THC until the plant started flowering properly?

I don't know exactly when plants start making THC, but I've also smoked underdeveloped plants with hardly any bud on them and I got stoned too.

Yea I did this.

Just popped a few of the nicest smelling yet unneccessary leaves off my plant, quick dried and smoked them.

It gave me a very stoney head high, didn't last quite as long and wasn't like bud, but I definately didn't think I would feel anything.

ello m8 i duno if its common.. but when i done my first grow i got a male so i took it out of the grow room it was only a lowryder aswell.. well 1 night it was bout 2 am me and my brother was chillin blazin spliffs.. well my bro went u wanna roll a spliff brother i went we jus smoked the last 1 fucksake lol.. then i went hold on wot about that male .. so we both smiled i grabed it tokk off the nicest weed smellin like leaves we rolled 2 fat spliffs 1 pure leaves the other with a pinch of tobaco. i must say the taste wasnt bad for real.. we sat there laughin our nuts off at the thought of even smokin da leaves.. n yes we both got a little buzzed .. i know that smokin the leaves cant be that bad so fuck it.. shouldnt really be sayin this tho becoz i wil have every fucker lookin at there plants countin 150 leaves n thinkin hm rite leme jus take 10 leaves n do a spliff:stoned: then everyday they will be hackin the leaves off like its gold dust untill the poor tree is bald.. haha.. anyways jus thought i would reply to ur post m8 coz it still makes me laugh now .. but on a real note.. peps dont hack off ur plants leaves evry day n smoke em.. wait for the bud n smoke that.. peace all:thumbsup:

people tell you taht you can only smoke the females buds.. but you can smoke pretty much every part of the marijuana plant. the other day i had to kill my male plant, and i've been smoking the dried leaves and its pretty much a steady mersh high
