Physical on Monday

I just got hired for a better job and I am really excited. I did the fingerprint and now I have to go for a physical on Monday morning. When the physical was scheduled, I try asking the secretary what I should expect during the physical screening. She rattled off, "height, weight, hearing, vision, urine...and a doctor will check to see if you're healthy".

What does this mean? Are they going to drug test me? I smoked some last weekend and I am nervous as hell. I have been drinking tons of water and I started exercising like there's no tomorrow. Don't they have to let me know before hand if they are going to drug test? And how can you ask if there is going to be a drug test without sounding suspicious?

Urine is lingo for drug test. You'd see it in the forms you sign.

I would say that it is extremely possible that a drug test is going to occur.

It is too late to exercise. Exercise will help eliminate THC but you need to stop 4-5 days before the test because that extra THC metabolism you inspired your body to do will end up in the cup. Get a home test and see if you can pass. Then decide if if substitution or dilution is your answer.

practice, practice, practice.

You are getting a physical along with this drug screen guaranteed. That means you will not be able to substitute because you will have to "dis robe" before the screen which is a real bummer.

Your only option is to dilute, and you better get some practice in at home to get a good routine down. read further into the posts about dilution, it will set you free.

Okay..it's Monday morning...I am all ready to leave for the physical screening...I have been up since this morning at 4:00 am and my appointment is not until 9:30 am. I will let you know what happened but man....is it me or is it friggin hot in here? I just need to calm my ass down...no, I just need to hope for a miracle.

if it rlly is just a physical then i doubt that they test for drugs but we need some one like birdgirl for this one... or it could have already been answered and if it was dont hate me

Well, they took my urine but it was in a dixie cup that I used to hold over my eye during eye exam. The lady and the doctor was over 70 years old and could hardly hear what I was saying. The urine was left on the bathroom sink and I was able to flush and wash my hands. I didn't sign anything and no mention of why they had me piss in the cup. Really strange. But I know for a fact I didn't get drug tested so when I walked out of there, I couldn't help singing. I finally smoked some weed tonight and I am smiling from ear to ear! :D
