no we want you to READ!!!!!! Obviously some questions must be asked and some questions are not exactly answered in previous threads the way you want them...but god there is so much info here its just sick. Plain sick. I spend about 3 hours a day just reading atleast.

no idea about any seeds that go hydro especially well. If you look around here on the hydro forum, then you can see the plants and bud people grew...and that should give you a fairly good idea of whether or not its a good choice.

I havent ever really heard of any strain not liking hydro. Hydro essentially is allowing more massive amounts of dissolved oxygen and continuous nutrients, hence the faster growing then soil. Soil and hydro do the same thing in the end...just different ways.

PS. I am pretty new to hydro and I am currently using DWC (research that). It requires less automation and seems to be a really good way for a newbie to get his feet wet. I tried ebb & flow before on a much larger scale and it was to much for me at the time. Aside from having difficulty keeping temps low enough (hydro must be under 72 degrees F or algae occurs, especially with tap water), its really easy. I am LOVING the results. Never seen plants grow so much each day. Inches.

Hydroponics and soil dont have a certain kind of strain that goes w/ each.

I suggest a indica because they use less nutes and are more forgiving.

I suggest craming your mind w/ knowledge...here ya go

I just started hydro myself, but I would sugest using clones insted of new seeds. I built my own sort off a drip system and I can't belive how fast the clones are growing. You also might want to pick up a book on it thats what I did. But if you want I can tell you how my system is set up

Definitely go with an indica or a short flowering (50 daze) indoor sativa like C99. patience is the 2nd most difficult thing for a new grower. That and not killing your babies with too much kindness!! lol! The #1 rule is to never tell a soul or show your grow off to friends!! Even when your buds look like you pulled them directly from the centerfold of Weed World magazine! Read, reAD AND THEN DO SOME MORE READING. tHAT WAY WHEN YOU DO RUN INTO BUMPS ALONG THE ROAD, YOUR QUESTION WILL MAKE MORE SENSE DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE SOME KNOWLEDGE ON THE SUBJECT. yOU WILL FIND THAT EXPERIENCED GROWERS ARE MUCH MORE WILLING TO LEND A HAND TO SOMEONE WHO HAS ATTEMPRED TO TEACH THEMSELVES! As far as bying supplies in the UK, the only place that I know of is hg420.c0m. That is Dr. Chronic's website. Best of luck! This should be a very exciting time for you. Have you thought of what you would like to grow? That is half of the fun/heartache!! Some strains/crosses cause many fewer headaches than some others can! Take care, be well and grow on....:smokin:
