Need some info

The leaves on my 2 week old sprout ( 2st set of true leaves ) started getting brown spots on em..ill post some pics..some help whould be nice...i transplanted the plant into a bigger pot..but the problem is still there..The soil is mid grade potting soil mixxed with Peat moss..

whats the ph of your water? also are you inducing any nutes?

I have no clue what the ph is..i am 16 and jobless with no allowence so cash is very..slim...But the nutes im using i THINK are 3 10 10..i dont know for sure..i will be setting for 10 9 10 soon
