I feel like these Vitamins are making me depressed..

I know this sounds kinda weird but here me out.. I have been taking "One a Day Mens" for quite sometime and sometimes a couple hours after that I would feel depressed. (No I am not joking):(


Any help would be very much appriciated. I am 17 and maybe my body is still growing and maybe thats why its causing this.. But non-the less they are just vitamins lmao..

Wierd, ask your doctor next time you have a checkup, and make sure to smoke weed after taking your vitamins, that might help you overcome the depressive side affects.

You can take too much of a good thing, don't take more than one a day, you can overdose and it makes you feel shitty, I take one every morning, as long as you don't take something for this something for that, maybe your too young man.

just to let you know, those are crap vitamins, the best company is "garden of eden" as far as quality goes

i don't see any way possible a vitamin can make you depressed. they're vitamins, not hard drugs....

now if it were prozac, i could see where you're coming from :-) ask your dr.

That's very strange, I don't really see how the two could be related, and those vitamins have the normal ingredients that are common to nearly all multivitamins.

they look pretty standard but the chromium doesnt agree with everyone I cant take it it gives me a banging headache if it can do that maybe it can cause other adverse reactions too.

multi-vitamins lack bigtime in how much your body really needs, it's allways to take each individually to get the required dose, also they are chealy made, garden of eden can run around 30 bucks a bottle... depends
