Hey everyone,

This is my first go at growing my own. you can see from the pics that at present i have two in one pot (which is about 1 foot deep and around 9 inches in diameter) out on the balcony, i'm told both seeds were feminized (can you see if this is the case from the close-up of the new sprouts???). They are both around 8-10 weeks old.

The 4th pic shows that some of the leaves have yellow spots on, but i've removed the leaves that were completely yellow. At the mo they are really DROOPING. I've been watering them up until a few days ago almost daily but at the mo the soil is dry, but we've had alot of rain and from the posts on here i assume that daily is too often???

im using miracle grow soil and all purpose plant food (EC/NPK Fertilizer UK 15-30-15) which i've used twice in a week, about a teaspoon full in a litre of water. Do they need re-potting seperately??? I don't have a garden to plant them with more space sadly.

ANY IDEAS??? ANY SUGGESTIONS GRATEFULLY RECEIVED...:(

they are slowly killing each other being root bound you have to seperate them but im sure its too late with the roots entangled each other maybe someone else can offer advice

I am saing the same as they are definantly root bound and need to replanted. Trying to seperate them will kill them both. Think of these like siamese twins now. The can't live without eachother but definantly wont be able to survive so cramped. I think that planting them in the ground would be a mistake as well. I don't believe that the plant in the shape it is in would have the strength to recover from being rootbound. having watering/nute issues, and dealing with new dirt and it's parasites. The only thing that I can think of would be to find the biggest container/bucket/barrel etc you can find and replant it there giving them both more room. The only thing I could potentially see being ahazard is when it begins to flower, it will get a lot bigger and run into the same problem all over again. Maybe the repot, and forcing it to flower indoors on a 12/12 this week may be your only option as to getting anything out of these girls. It is way big enough already to do this... Someone may have a different idea...but that is mine. Read up on lights and find out what you need for flowering a plant and try it....
Good luck!

They look to need water now for sure ! - if you separate them, the trauma will kill them i am sure elway07 is right. flowering is the way forward before they bulk out too much. i would try leaf feeding them too with very weak nute mixture and carbonated water the co2 will do them good

I personally would try to cut one as far down as i cold and clone it then repot it and kill the remaining stem to resque the other one.
