ok i jsut got put on randon ua's which fuckin sucks but ive been a smokin and a drinker to mostly beer but i was wondering if they can test me for smokin cig's and drink alcohol?? so if u know anything plz help thanks

cigs arent illegal, no one wouuld test for it. alchohol can test for like 24 hours, whats the test for?

Some companies like True Green do not allow employees to smoke and will test for tobacco. It is somthing they must have told you before you accepted the job. Same with alcohol, unless you have a past with problems then the court could test you for that. If the test said you are drunk at the time and you are drunk at work you can be fired for that.
