Ok so i've been researching salvia, and reading ppl's experiences and i decided I was gonna have to try it. But on further research I found that it's illegal in deleware, Louisiana, and MISSOURI :( thats where im from. What do i do now? I can't order online because I dont have a credit card or anything, and also every website i go to says...."sorry because of restrictions and laws in these states, we cannot ship to deleware, louisiana, or missouri" So now im just like what the fuck?

Could you try asking any of your dealers? I'm sure theirs a whole bunch of people in your position who simply have to get it in the same way they would get their weed.

Doubtful for drug dealers to have it, but I'm sure that there are some people that peddle it...Anyone know the reason that salvia was made illegal in these states? Can't be because it's harmful to your health...no studies have been done on long-term effects of salvia...It's not deadly, seeing that when you're under the influence for the short period of time you're next to unconscious, so good luck with trying to get into a vehicle. This fking herb isn't going to harm anyone...DON'T LABEL ANOTHER ONE OF GODS HERBS A DEVIL DRUG, Mr. drug enforcement administration...Allow we Americans the choice of what substance we want to recreationally use rather than: Cigarettes, Alcohol, and go to prison for breaking the law by smoking marijuana or salvia...

i was reading somewhere, where some kid commited suicide, and they blamed it on salvia use. The kid had wrote in his journal months before he died that salvia had made him realize that we has humans have no purpose in life. So he set up and got inside a tent, and took a barbeque grill inside with him and lit it. And he died of carbon monoxide poisoning. The coroner wrote down that one of the causes of death was salvia divornium, even tho none was found in his system.....that may be one of the reasons why states are starting to ban it

What?!? I live in Missouri and was hoping to try it someday. If you live in Kansas City see if you can ship it to a friend on the kansas side. If not oh well.

Just like marijuana was made illegal without any scientific knowledge about it...Natural substances aren't harmful to your health, therefore should not be categorized as a dangerous substance...Salvia is very fun though. After more uses you become more aware of how it affects you and it's more enjoyable after a few sessions with it.

Here in Cali, it's completely legal. All you have to do is walk into a headshop and say "Hey, I need some Salvia..what's the strongest extract you've got?". They sell it as "herbal incense" in this little pink plastic container, but of course the shopowners know exactly what it's used for, they always wink and say "have fun".

If you have access to a car, and you can drive to a neighboring state, just set up a P.O. box in that state, order it from one of the many online vendors, then go pick it up.

Salvia will not harm you in any way, except for the obvious carcinogenic chemicals caused by burning ANY plant.
