my plants have got to bout an inch big they dont seem to be growin anymore but they r still alive wats goin on?

Are they getting adequate light? Water? Nutrition? Is the soil the correct pH?

I know nothing about growing MJ in particular, just a few helpful questions that you should be asking yourself.

seedlings dont do a whole lot at first they get the root system going first then start to grow this takes about 2 weeks then all of a sudden its growing faster than you can keep up :)

the roots need to grow
you need a bigger container

make sure the container u have is big enough for the roots to grow
make sure u have 50w of light per sqaure foot in ur grow area
make sure u have adequte (sp?) air ventilation

u dont want to nut yet its to early and may result in nut burn

Its more than likely rootbound. Get a bigger container. If you plan on REALLY growin em by the time youre finished they will need 5 gallon buckets. I dont know why this is posted here. Theres a GIANT section related to growing on this site.
