Alright, are you saying that your skin doesn't slide back to the bottom of the head when you mess with it without hurting or stretching? Because if that's the case, then you need to get a circumcision real quick, or the skin could tear and hurt and bleed a lot.

Circumcision is not that painful, and the stitches go away within a week or so, plus it looks better.

How old are you? If youre still relativley young then dont worry about it.
a circumcised nob has no foreskin at all, so it looks like the foreskin is all the way back when infact there is none.
If youre in puberty or past it you should go to your doctor and see if you need the snip.

Im 16 years old, so I take it Im young for it. Might sound rediculous but I tryed pulling it back and I can get it to a certain point before it hurts and I dont want to go all the way, but if I go all the way will the pain stop and it will be fine?

You shouldn't hurt yourself man or you will damage it, some men don't retract fully because the frenelum, can't spell it, on the underside of the penis (that tiny bit of skin), that goes from nob head to shaft dosen't seperate and causes tightness, give it a year or something and if its not sorted go to a doctor and get it snipped under local anathetic, you certainly don't need a fucking circumsion man, that's like the very worst case senario and its bascially never done.

Dont mean to be a contradicting prick(no pun intended), but circumcision is extreemly common in the western world as well as the middle east. a circumsised penis is more hygenic than an un-circumcised one and it is also far more appealing to the girls than the conventional 'last chicken in the store' look.
However other than that, your advice is pretty sound. he should wait a year but it would do no harm to see a doctor all the same. I'm circumcised by the way, for the same symptoms this kid is describing.

When I was young my dad pulled my foreskin all the way back.
